Just doing some additional DD today to figure out how much more I want to invest at the current price and came across these two documents online, don't know if anyone else has seen them. But ISPI has come up in the local community, which means they are not just blowing smoke.

Dont' worry ISPI is mentioned not related to a disaster of any kind.
