This situation is bizarre, the way it went down with Brock, what on earth did he do that brought about moves such as returning stock and posting more as equity for a line of credit...This poor Brock thing, does not sit well with me...what really went down??
The PR stated at least one damning sentence about Brock's actions, but nothing specific.
I'm curious to learn why you guys mention poor Brock's treatment without any mention of why and what led to these extreme moves by the company. He must have done something pretty freakin bad or stupid to justify the company boot. He was after all, the majority stock holder, and he surrendered his shares??? Is this something we can verify? Does anybody know what he did exactly? A person does not surrender ownership in a company he founded just because he is accused of being "inventive"....there is more to it than that surely.
