Hi Intel: Nevada Star does not want the Judge to rule on the DIP financing because NS feels IT OWNS the property the Judge would be placing new liens on.
NS also feels the DIP will fail and the NS property will then go to other owners.
NS had lots of concerns alright but it does NOT own the property until a Judge says it does!/ IMO/ Candy B
