Hicks took Eurotech down with total disregard for the public shareholders who were being robbed by the toxic financing that ruined the company. Belmont is attempting to bring the company back or at least get some value for the shareholders. Belmont Partners is in business to make money doing what he does and Meuse sure as hell isn't doing it with toxic financing.

So how is Belmont the same as Hicks?

You keep applauding the "kid" for his efforts with regulatory authorities to get some skin from Hicks. The "kid" needs to do that. He was the star of the RB GBMR message board. Putting Hicks in a box, even if that is possible, is not going to put any bucks back in Global shareholder pockets.
