a lot of things "could" happen, the biggest problem is that nobody, again NOBODY, involved with this case wants anything to happen, they all want it to just die in the courts, you have to realize that you have been watching smoke and mirrors for a long time now, evreything that has happened has been planned including (unfortunately) what wearelegion said, pie in the sky stories to keep shareholders off balance with some ray of hope while the clock ticks on....there is no reorganization plan, there never really was....it's all just orchestrated BS....the time to file any type of action is fast aproaching and that is why it has gotten very quiet around here....do you really think anyone wants to be implicated in an antitrust suit which is pretty much the last option?
