OWVI has a PE = 16.67 @ .002/shr based on 1st Qtr earnings and 2B shares. Pretty good for a pinkie.

Even with the 2.5B new share structure the PE is @ 20.8 assuming the same earnings.

Prior is delivering and price should follow IMHO!!
