Patent for what. A cell phone is not a patented idea any longer. Now certain technology inside the cell phone can be patented but does not have to be. Did you know you can sell items without a patent? I have no idea about Hop Ons patent dealings but if they have found a way to make cost effective phones and get it out more power to them. If they have technology that is new and they did not patent it then that would be a mistake. Stop about the patents. Hop on does not have some super chip in their phones that nobody has. They don't claim to being coming up with new tech. Pat shmat.
