Yes it was posted here that Paul Sorkin said that back in April. I believe that at that time the statement was correct. This is Paul Sorkin however and if it suits him to do so now, it would not come as any shock. As a CEO he has not always informed shareholders of his doings, in fact he even filed a r/s without informing the shareholders of that stock (IMGW - which is now part of IVIT). Interestingly, it was found out by a shareholder who wanted more to go on than just enthusiastic posts and decided to do some digging for themselves.
