I would agree accept shares are being diluted at a rapid rate over the last year. Only TIME WILL TELL if that will slow down.

I Like Danny but I don't know if I can trust that the printing
presses are not still cranking 25-30 M shares per Q. That's
100- 120 MILLION shares per year.

At that rate it will be time for another REVERSE SPLIT
next year, ESPECIALLY with HIS AMBITIONS to skip the OTCBB.
