re: "defrauding the unsuspecting"
You say Ihub was created for this purpose.
I say that Ihub's user agreement, that all members agreed to, stated upfront in plain English that this web site is an arena where investors may find false PR's and false explanations of the stocks being promoted by the trading company.
I say that what you call unsuspecting Ihub members are better described as folks that directly change the obvious reality obtainable into a form of "what I want it to be."
These "unsuspecting" people violate what can be call a proper code of living, and throughout history has resulted in the most horridness episodes of criminal wrong doings.
To me its not only proper but desirable that these "unsuspecting" people "do the crime, do the time" and be accountable for their violations against living and be punished.
But I figure 99.999% of Ihub members that trade in the pennies are not "unsuspecting" people but know quite well that 99.999% of whats posted is a joke and choose to play it against all others like a game of chicken or musicial chairs.
They enter Ihub knowing that it is and was made as a "House of Penny Ill Repute."
They agreed to this, meaning the consequences also.
