Before it was CGAQ; The article and the actions occurring in this article happened between 2004 and 2007. CGAQ was not an entity then. The article also mentions an auction of a house and empty lot, not a casino, these are not CGAQ assets. The corporation "Mocarello" mentioned in the article is not among the formerly named names of CGAQ. Plus if one scrolls down in the article it is noted that two people have been arrested already with no detailed information of CGAQ at all. I must say nice search in your diligence in the finding of this article. However in the reading of it, imo there may have been names of previous people involved with CGAQ negotions years ago, it imo has no current relative involvement at all, none what so ever with CGAQ currently.
