booki, are you talking about the 800 number? Orion? that lady was absolutely, positively, 100% WORTHLESS! I called that number too and got jack#$%^. She couldnt talk blah blah blah....and actually hung up on me because I was pressing her with questions SO I called the number from pinksheets.co and got someone who cared about answering questions. Her name was Cathy. So booki we might not be talking about the same person. Cathy seemed to be more in the know.
