Los, thanks for the post. I see your point of view and I respectfully disagree. YA is still going to run us into the ground. IMO, this suit will change nothing. I know that I along with others like you have filed complaints to the SEC for years now and NOTHING. I have ZERO faith in the SEC holding YAs feet to the fire. Time will tell.
