Yeah, his intention of selling 1/3 of his holdings in the company is old news....

The better question is whether he was selling those shares knowing that a Contract isn't coming and he can only hold the pps above subpenny for a short time longer....or

There is the possibility that he truely did think a deal would be done and he'd be selling for massive profits....I highly doubt that he is selling the shares to "PAY BILLS" as everyone likes to insinuate...
