A) He told us much before 11pm that he had great news. He told us that he would be on board for discussion at 11 pm. Ok, maybe the market was closed. As the IR guy, he does have many advantages.

B) What you fail to digest is the fact that even though Ken is IR, he is not required to tell u or me anything.

C) Not that I agree or disagree with the "Ken's friends" theory but: You want me to tell you that life is fair & this never happens. Do a deal with it. You will never know. It's an accusation that you have created & it will never be confirmed.
