slyguy and ptrigger, take a look at the following chart.

Note the MFI, "Money Flow Index".

http://stockcharts.com/h-sc/ui?s=CCTC&p=D&yr=0&mn=6&dy=0&id=p66322218164

At a quick, first glance, you will notice that the MFI line moves from Overbought at the top line "80", down to the lower line "20", Oversold.

This is NOT an exact indicator that tells you an entry point, or exit point, obviously. It has to be coupled with other indicators to make that timing possible.

The MFI does however, present a "rough" idea of the area you want to be considering BUYS and SELLS.

Currently, the MFI is at 17.76, which is under the "20" line.

On March 23rd, the MFI was at the same level, under "20".
The next day, March 24th, a PR was released. (below)

Clean Coal Technologies Inc. Announces That Major Joint Venture in China is on Track for April

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla., Mar 24, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Clean Coal Technologies, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CCTC) will sign a joint venture agreement in China in early April, with similar agreements in India and the U.S. not far behind.
"We expect to sign our first joint venture agreement in China in early April," said Doug Hague, President & CEO of the innovative company. "We're still on track to expand our penetration into the China market.

If you look at all the NEWS and PR's, you will find that their is a direct match-up with the PR's/NEWS and the overbought and oversold areas. i.e., PR's get released when the MFI is oversold, and overbought. Thus the commonly heard phrase, "SELL on NEWS".

Good entry points are at an MFI under 20, and good exit points are at an MFI over 80.

Currently, I would expect that a PR is due to be released this week, as the MFI is under 20.
