POWN's new creation is the construction of a Brigadier Halfway House for all shareholders who bought stock from April 15 through last Friday. Ouch

Good humor I like that! Pow could call it the doghouse in tribute...for those who listened to promises of PP support at .50, .40, .30, march, april, may, june....oh well every day and price range. I bet those who bought that high are mad they listened to a poster promise. Funny Pow maintained high price values during the who wants to be a superhero time....with no pp involved. Actually lots of stocks hold price ranges without PP talk.

The collapse from $.87 to $.30 may make POWN the biggest % loser of any stock on any U.S. exchange from Apr. 15-now which did not have a bankruptcy filing. How's that for cold water? Dont even try to spin reality

I can find plenty of stocks in the pinks, one that has been tanking the past few days as well...but that is a New York Stock exchange one. I wont spam the board with stock symbols, but anyone very interested can PM Me.

I am assuming the offering will be well-received but the process might take 4-10 weeks from here to complete

So what do you learn from the POWN experience with other companies in the future? When I hear a whiff of a private placement coming and there are large stock gains to be locked in...sell now and get your questions answered later

I learned to never listen to a mystery poster(which I did not listen to anyway)or posters(if they have a buddy) with claims of knowledge of any stock im invested in! They are common in pinks.


Especially if all one has to do is read a shareholder letter from pown about financing then look at the website for what the investment bank, Celadon does...and see one of those things is private placement(all of which I did soon as news was given to us by Pow)

Untill Pow gives us Offical News with details of there financing choice and method(there can be many) all this random date and price talk is probably some of the most useless discussion on any board. We need facts from Pow...not random ever changing dates and time frames. Till then I will buy as I always have, based on final confirmation news that shows growth. Please see the ibox everyone for that material. I will not buy based on any poster who may be close to there own buy average reccomnding a buy.
