we all have our opinions and we will soon see who was right. IMO, NEOM will go BK way before this suit even see any type of traction, but what do I know.

The SEC has been well aware of YAs actions for many years now and they could care less. Remember, YA is greedy, NOT stupid. They know what they are doing as they have done this same thing many times over.
