I'm a relatively light holder here, but in for the whole ride. I thought mgmt would have done a lot better for equity in order for the company to emerge this summer. Unless the exclusivity is lifted, the EC plan won't be submitted until Sept. Then if the EC needs to go the path of the Visteon EC, it's on to federal court. It could get ugly, and it could drag into 2011. Good job Rogerson, K&E and mgmt. The BOD may demand the bonus $$ back.
