MMRF gets 94% of whatever their stock price is before each draw of funds off the equity line. I've seen some bad deals where the company only gets 50-70 cents on the dollar. Good one's they get 80-90 cents on the dollar. MMRF gets 94 cents on the dollar one of the best terms I've ever seen for one of these deals.
