Dear Mr. Fares,

When and will you make a good faith deposit of 10% in SNRS? You must know by now if you will deposit the good faith request since you have only 4 day's left.

"A ten percent (10%) good faith deposit from Noutech S.a.r.l has been requested within 5 business days of the announcement to shareholders."
