The only way the Dutch makes money is if the stock runs.....win, win for everyone involved. Also, people need to remember MMRF has to file an S1 and have it declared effective by SEC which could take another 2-3 months at least before they can even think of using the equity line. By then maybe Kodak or Chartis will buy 10% of MMRF and they won't ever need to use the Dutchess line.
