Judy, If you were in bad financial shape and were constantly moving because of unpaid rent and overwhelming financial problems, would you pay to have a land line installed? In this day and age there are other alternatives to a land line phone. Prepaid cellular is a much more practical investment for the end user and even for EVPH to pursue. But what do I know?

Bethke can lay all the track he wants but in this case "when you build it they won't come". I'm not a genius by any stretch of the imagination but I can recognize a flawed business plan from a mile away and this beats them all.
