Yes this is that former Smarttire. What seems to be happening is Smarttire sold its assets to Bendix corp. But before the close of sale they changed their name ,so that the new entity could be used in a reverse merger which would in essence allow Smarttire to recoup some money. when the reverse merger took place. which seems to be happening now......
