The latest info for SYNJ can be found in the ihub SYNJ ibox and in the latest filing (which is also a summary of SYNJ's history, past, present and upcomming projects).

Here is some info about what we are to expect, when they update us again, (from the last filing);

Energy City Projects; Announced in December 2009;

On December 23rd, 2010 the Company announced its involvement in a set of projects
being sponsored by the State of South Carolina titled “Energy City”. In July of 2009,
when the Company brought on our new CFO, Peter Katzburg we began laying the ground
work for project development. Although, we are not prepared to speak in detail about
recent Company directives related to “Energy City” projects, we can say that State of
South Carolina has declared its intent to become the new emerging energy hub of the
Mid-Southern Atlantic Region; United States. Energy City fully intends to exploit the
deep water ports of SC, will be centered in and around Charleston and include 4 primary
core projects with dozens of spin-off industries that will flourish around its development.
The core projects include waste to energy, renewable diesel & jet kerosene, storage,
terminals, the Palmetto Pipeline which will tie into the existing Houston/NY pipeline for
hydrocarbons and an energy commodities trading and brokerage platform similar to
traditional trading floors that would be found in New York and Chicago.

Recent Board Resolutions / Directives / Initiatives

Palmetto Pipe Line;

In January, 2010 the board passed resolutions to aggressively move forward with the
‘Palmetto Pipe Line’ project. The project was introduced to the Company by the South
Carolina State ‘Energy City’ project committee Sheppard’s. To start the project the Board
resolved to authorize the CFO for its South Carolina operations, (Peter Katzburg), to
make arrangements with our Madrid finance group for an additional $7 to $10 million
dollars in funding. Too, in response to various capital purchase inquiries for substantial
positions of SRE S.C the Board also authorized Mr. Katzburg to develop capital structure scenarios designed to accommodate aggressive capital growth by way of both private and
or public offering strategies.

Audit Process and Upgrade to OB

In January, 2010 as a prelude to an upgraded listing, the Board past resolutions to task the
CFO to prepare the Company’s financials for an independent audit. The Board further
authorized the CEO to begin interviewing SEC qualified accounting firms as candidates
for engagement as our official auditors.

Hope this helps and GLTA, h2h!
