I think I need to update my last post. I was a little confused. I did some research on Pink Sheets to see if I could find something on public/private distinctions. I think what they meant was that they were de-listed from the NASDAQ sponsored BB pink sheet designation so that they could apply to the new Pink Sheet platform.
