SEC reporting companies are required to disclose results of business dealings like the PR's with financial companies providing funds. The results good or bad are required to be disclosed. Just like when Health care bill was passed the companies had to disclose how the health care bill would effect the profitability to the shareholders. Now tell me how many companies just in the past 2 years have they had almost done deals with for funding, which effects shareholders interest, and results were never disclosed (why, etc.).
Anyone else here that had spoken to bob or frank are doing DD and provide information to blog. But i guess you just had a friendly conversation asking questions that have already been answered in PR's wow.
