KR WILL NOT MERGE INTO ANOTHER PUBLIC COMPANY (HE WOULD LOSE CONTROL). JUST NOT HIS MO. HE WILL LIQUIDATE ASSETS, REVERSE SPLIT 1 FOR 20 OR 25, AND ACQUIRER A NEW PROJECT NOT IN THE OIL INDUSTERY. HE'S BURNED UP IN THE OIL PATCH. HE HAS DONE THIS MANEUVER IN THE PAST AND IT LOOKS LIKE HE'S READY TO DO IT AGAIN. I'M WAITING FOR THE NEW CO BEFORE INVESTING WITH KR. HE MAY BE A SCAMMER SO MAKE HIM YOUR SCAMMER MORE PROFIT THAT WAY.
