I'm wondering if we'll have to wait weeks inbetween hearings or maybe 'other issues' will be heard sooner? EG The Bankruptcy Court will hold a hearing to consider entering the Interim Order on a final basis on July 9, 2010 at 11:00 a.m.

So we have 3 weeks just to the Interim order hearing re the 2.4m share limit.. and then more weeks for other issues?
