That sounds like a plan established by the company, then I do not think is related to the PR we are expecting. It is the only way they can survive, before they can profit. They have to sell shares.
It's hard for us, but at least we know there is no other way to pay the bills for now. I do not think this is a theater to sell shares and retire with the money.
