ACLH financials--it seems to me that over the past couple of weeks, ACLH has been getting it's financials up to date. If my failing memory serves me correctly, a couple of weeks ago they had filings up to 2004 or something like that. Then they added them for up to 2007 on the 12th right? I think now they are up to 2008. I may not be correct about this--I hope someone better versed in this stuff can confirm or provide correct info. My point is that if what I'm described is true, then the question in my mind is why bother doing that if you're a scam operation.
I also recall that before the sh*t hit the fan on May 25th, the were making noises about getting things up to date so they could move up. Am I right about that or is my "memory" even worse than I fear it is?
I guess my point is that if they are indeed actively trying to get their filings up to date, that's a positive sign to me. Or am I dreaming in technicolour, HD and 3D?
