Take the challenge and go over the earlier hype: the mega bucks he was going to make in the Philippines. Now, it's back to Mexico, his original haunt. One thing remains true to form: no drilling, no permits, no mining...only "connect the dots" prs and personal emails that he knows those with an IQ of 1 would recognize if remotely true, instant riches for the investor. Ahh, and thus the catch. Sorry, it ain't gonna happen.
