MANY Pittsburghers tend to have a unique, self-confident attitude characteristic of the "can-do" spirit of the city natives that may be annoying to others less self-assured... Especially when those others are lacking a solidified home-town identity, and therefore attempt to compensate by assimilating the identity of others which they erroneously deem more sophisticated... New Yorkers. But despite their flaw, I have quite a few friends from the Philly area - including my fraternity brother turned brother-in-law. :) Go JoePa!!! Go PSU!!! Go WaMu!!!
