The only thing driving this is PR.

When a company depends on PR to drive its PPS, it is because they want to sell more stock.

Therefore, you can safely expect more selling as the insiders take PR driven opportunities to dilute. I'm not saying it's a fact. I'm only saying that it's a pretty safe bet. If the stock were such a bargain, the insiders would be buying it cheap instead of pumping up the price by means of PR so that they can sell it high.

Common sense.

A good bottom's hard to beat.
