What technical analysis are you using to determine this? As far as I can tell we bounced off the 50dma quite well, which is currently heading North and well above the "below .10 point". Aside from technicals, there is anticipation building, so I am really confused as to how you could intelligently hold such an opinion? I am certainly open to critique.
