This Task Order Manager will be responsible for overseeing a team of Stanley and Sub Contract employees engaged in various task order projects involving Philippines, Indonesia and Malaysia. The workforce will be largely professional technical and administrative conducting visa processing operations. This Task Order Manager will travel to Pacific Rim areas, as well as to CONUS sites and operate with a high degree of trust and independence.

Assign tasks and direct professional, technical and administrative staff, including sub contractors

* Monitor complex tasks to ensure timeliness and accuracy * Develop risk mitigation and quality and internal management controls * Prepare monthly progress reports and other as needed reports, exhibits and other materials often on short notice * Prepare various task order contract reports and other deliverables for the client(s) * Provide excellent written materials and oral presentations to senior executives in both industry and government * Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, tact and diplomacy in dealing with senior level officials * Prepare various task order contract reports and other deliverables for the client(s)

Qualifications

Required:

* Ability to successfully complete the Stanley Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education and Employment; Additionally, your ability to successfully complete a Credit and/or Driving Records Checks may be conducted if required by the contract for continued employment. * Possession of an ACTIVE SECRET security clearance is required to begin employment; US Citizenship is required.

* The successful candidate must have significant (15) years of working on financial, program, and/or contract programs in the Pacific Rim within the past 20 years.

Preferred:

* Knowledge of federal acquisition and contracting policies and procedures, program management. Must have excellent written/oral communications and interpersonal abilities.
