Cannot remember when I read he took over and cannot remember how much he paid....... I know they were reporting then......exact numbers not sure.

The thing that i am sure of is you do not keep a company and try to revive it like this.

.04 cents a share.....but the key here is how many shares did he have before he took over everything.

Were they bought or given?


I do think that whether he is at his crack hotel or not he is not doing what is necessary to help and support the shareholders.

Shareholders, regardless of the circumstances, have the right to know if and when he is trying to raise funds.

That BS he gave Teff after the little information is for the birds.
