The equity value of this stock is what drew me here and the fact that an EC is in the works. It's obvious that the majority stake holder of this company was trying to screw over the other shareholders by refinancing through himself to have full control and basically line his pockets. Luckily, it appears there were many letters to the trustee nudging for an EC to protect the few other shareholders.

At least that's my take on the situation.
