I think the warning out tonight -- is just a re-birth of the storm that we saw earlier in the week (that faced too much shear to stay together).

We will see tomorrow -- but I think this one does have a chance to form a storm that moves up the Atlantic (east of Florida).

Also, I just received a notation that followers are spotting a disturbance in the SW part of the GOM that could spin-up.
