Just got out of a business planning meeting but I see I have much to catch up on and owe the board my rationale for pushing hard on getting the unknown selling out in the open.

Believe it or not, I harbour no ill will towards Rain ... he is in the business of trading stocks ... and frankly he is a diligent, good trader with a loyal following. The only problem I had was when you herd the masses towards the cliff while you quickly try to jump out of the car without anyone knowing ... lets just say didn't sit well with me. I wanted him to call a spade a spade and actually he did ... he admitted to selling and dumped what appears to be the rest of his load (that is a very good thing for the rest of us as not to paper cut the stock to death but go in one foul swoop IMO). Rain GLTY as well, you brought many of us to the dance, maybe for what we consider the wrong reasons (to flip a quick profit - as a trader, this is what you do) but we'll take the dance from here on in.

Nothing has changed with HH or TDGI in 3 weeks let alone 1 day so as someone posted, we do not have a PPS on fundamentals, it is a PPS of a pinksheet flip/trade play ... hence again why we are heading to an investor heavy / trader light big board IMO.

Again, let's let the past be the past, thank Rain for his DD (because it was/is excellent for a long investor) and move to the future.

Ryan, if you would Moderate, that most likely will be concensus of investors and we would appreciate that.

Sorry everyone went through the pain of today but trust me, if I would have known this a week back when I picked up another chunk of shares at 0.37-0.04 that we would trade down to the 2's, I would have held and doubled my position - thems the breaks in the short term ... but in the long term this is a blip on the radar IMO.
