it would be historically quick for a wells notice but they are moving much quicker these days. i offer the suspension as an example. that is the only reason i can come up with to explain ares' repeated claims that aclh is responding to the sec. unless they are not, and he is just blowing smoke, buying time. surely he can't think the sec can waive the 211 requirement, can he?
