previously i believe i concluded the 845 Flower (717 Ninth) and Chinatown equity was not included ...

i need to reprint and review MORs....

regardless ... it will not change my numbers ....

MMPI cash liquidation number remains at $1.11 per share and

MMPI book value near $2.50 per share ....

and RM's new POR says ..... we may participate as equity holders ...

and so i say .... well allright now .... eventually the MMPI shares will be valued between $1.11 and $2.50 or higher ....

nada, zippo, see ya has been permanently taken off the table ...

i have placed nice sized bids just below the market ... not waiting till i can zero in on the exact book value $$
