There is no XKEM, therefore no money to develop 5HMF. That's why the licensing contract was sold off with the approval of the bankruptcy court judge. It is not coming back to the file folder that is now XKEM, ever.

All that remains is a money squabble among past and present company officers. Common shareholders (because they didn't file suit, due to being distracted by other pie-in-the-sky stories of pretense and travel perhaps) are holdin' the proverbial bag.

[w]ith the help of the Trustee, we might be able to rescind the sale and return to where it rightfully belongs to: XeChem.
