or the news is true but someone is planning to buy in at .003 before releasing... im not sure if thats legit etc but if I had a PR and a bunch of money from a recent sale at a much higher price, id wait to release the PR until after the stock price finds its bottom. $100,000 buys 28.5 million shares at .0035. those same shares sold at .01 is $285,714. again, not sure if its legit, but it's pretty easy math.
