Because BP must develop a plan and are under pressure to do so this helps in the selection of ESPH. What is frustrating is the lack of marketing and planning the ESPH in regard to the necessity of these machines. Also the present adminstration is to lackluster in their approach to handle any crisis. The aid of the coast guard and the navy should have been immediately enlisted. In fact in a poll Bush was more favored in his reponse to Katrina then Obama's response to the spill. That is also frustrating along side of the fact that BP could file a Chapter 11 thus holding everthing off for a while. In short there are numerous factors here where there seems to be gaps before action. Also the 20 billion appears to be for Business Claims, what about cleanup? In the final analysis ESPH should benefit from the potential it may receive a contract from BP and surely Gulf Services.Clearly Skinny you have a right to be frustrated and outright angered.
