Weiss' Declaration opposes the freeze as his firm retained the services of Alvarez & Marsal, Dispute Analysis & Forensic Services (A&M) who conducted a study of SPNG and DICON sales from June-July 2009 to April 30, 2010. Net income between the companies for said time period was 7.7 million dollars.

Weiss and A&M also list the numerous stores that currently carry the companies' products along with the specific sales figure for each store. They are very impressive documents.
