Gates, I hear what you're saying and I don't disagree. But my point is not that anybody who posts a negative point of view is a basher. My point is, posts that have only the intent to scare people, drawing only upon speculation not fact (and often dishonesty), and who hold hands with other known bashers, are probably bashers and probably hold a short position.

There is a big difference between someone who just posts optimistic things, and somebody who is positive and optimistic based on facts. Pumpers, dreamers and wishful thinkers are those that come on with the one-liners like: "Approval will come tomorrow. See you in Vegas." OR "We're going to $20 on approval. We'll all be rich." That's a far cry from somebody, who looks at all the public statements from the Company, all the communications from the FDA and all the other public facts (e.g., lawyers accepting payment in shares, other radiation emitting devices getting approval again, submission of successful Radiologist Reviews, market data, FDA regulations and guidelines, etc.) and draws an optimistic conclusion. That's somebody who has done a lot of due diligence and reached a positive conclusion based on those facts. The road is littered with FDA plays that I did not invest in because I did the same due diligence and reached a different conclusion. I say positive things about Imaging3's chances with the FDA and the timing of a response from the FDA, not because I'm a schill, but because I believe it with great confidence based on facts and my due diligence.

To answer your direct question, yes, the government is that inefficient. It would not surprise me at all to hear that our file has been sitting in a queue on some reviewer's desk, collecting dust, only to be stamped approved when it gets to the top of the pile tomorrow or next week or next month.
