Freedom Grill, Inc. Announces Board of Directors

Poway, Calif., Jun 17, 2010 (PRWeb.com via COMTEX) -- Freedom Grill, Inc., which designs and provides innovative products and accessories for the tailgating, camping and outdoor activities markets, announced today the selection of its board of directors following the completion of its merger with Exosphere Aircraft Company (Pink Sheets: EXSA).
Steve Caliguri, President of Freedom Grill, was named CEO and Chairman of the company. He has more than 20 years of product development experience and success in bringing innovative products to market in both the consumer market place and the wireless communications industry. His extensive background is expected to enhance the success of Freedom Grill and its ability to execute on it objectives.

Scott Salter was named Chief Marketing Officer and Secretary for the company. Mr. Salter has over 23 years of experience in marketing and sales as well as significant achievements in the area of new product launches and product management for technology and consumer product companies.

Also selected as Directors were Ernest LeDuc and H Ray Rickard. Mr. LeDuc recently retired from serving as Chief Technology Officer of Freedom Grill, a position he had held since 2004. He has been associated with design, engineering, quality assurance, and operations in manufacturing for over fifteen years. Mr. LeDuc also has over ten years of executive management experience. He also serves as the company's treasurer.

Director H. Ray Rickard has served on Freedom Grill's board since 2005. Prior to retiring in 2000, Mr. Rickard held various management positions at Exmark Manufacturing Company with primary responsibilities for manufacturing, financial, administrative, MIS, legal and human resources. Before working with Exmark Manufacturing, Mr. Rickard spent 12 years with Chart House Restaurants where he functioned as Controller, Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer.
