Forward Split Analysis

Most traders believe that once the forward split
is started(the first date of the split), the forward
split shares already exist.

Doesn't work that way.

Once the stock settles after the split, at some point
the actual shares hit the market...hence, dilution until
all the shares are consumed.

In this case, TLTD had to turn approx. 64M shares..taking
into account buys and sells.

Thus, this is the reason why it went down after the forward
split, and hence the bounce now once buying volume came in.

Unless otherwise stated, I am going by the company statement
of 32M O/S from their recent P.R. Calling the T.A. tomorrow
to verify this will be helpful.

Nonetheless, looks like this a minimum $100M company...could
be more.

Looks "extremely" undervalued at .09 at a 32M O/S or "very" undervalued at 165M O/S.

It definitely moves faster now.
