Guys, question.

Can somebody comment on the amount of flipper? Yesterday there where 800+ mill shares traded. If this still had a OS of 638 mill why has it not moved? Are they diluting? I don't want to be in another SNRS, that traded billions of shares each day and never moved anywhere.
